REALTORS® Present Lifetime Achievement Awards

The Stark County Association of REALTORS® (SCAR) honored Richard T. Kiko Sr. and Michael Schmidt with Lifetime Achievement Awards for their outstanding accomplishments in the real estate industry and community.

Both were honored during the Association’s annual Installation Banquet on January 14 at The Fresco Room at LaPizzeria.  

Richard T. Kiko Sr. joined the Canton Board of REALTORS® in 1962 and received his broker’s license in 1969. From 1980–1982, Kiko served on the Association’s Board of Trustees and assisted in the ground breaking and completion of the Association’s new Munson Street office.

Russ Kiko Associates Inc., Auctioneers, of Canton, OH were honored to be the recipients of four 2011 Advertising Contest Awards at the Annual Ohio Auctioneers Association Convention in Columbus, OH.   Kiko won awards in the following four categories: Catalogue Auction, Newspaper or Trade Publication Advertisement, Auction in Action, and Seven Years or Less Experience for a new auctioneer.

The four awards were all produced in-house by KIKO’s advertising and marketing team.  This team works hard to ensure that each and every auction receives personal attention.  “Marketing is a key component in a successful auction.  These awards demonstrate our ability to surpass
