    Brooks Ames has been a full-time agent with KIKO since 1996. With a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Akron, Brooks received his Real Estate License in 1997 and his Auctioneers License in 2001. He is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association and the Ohio Association of Realtors. Brooks is also a member of the Akron Rotary, Great Akron Chamber, and a graduate of Leadership Akron. Brooks and his wife, Janey, actually met at one of many benefit auctions he performs each year for non-profit organizations. They reside on Portage Lakes with their son, Trace. When Brooks is not auctioning or giving out keys to a new home he has just sold, he enjoys time with family and friends on his pontoon boat, often taking in a PLX sunset.  Brooks enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals every day by offering them options when it comes to selling and buying Real Estate throughout Northeast Ohio.
