    Gene is a second-generation member of the KIKO family and has been with the company since 1971. He received his Real Estate license in 1971, and his Auctioneers license in 1972. He has served in the capacity of President, Chairman of the Board, and Board member for Russ Kiko & Associates. Gene is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, and the Stark County Association of Realtors. Gene is also a member of the Farm Bureau. Gene is accredited with the Certified Auctioneers Institute (C.A.I) designation and is also licensed as an auctioneer in the state of Pennsylvania. Gene is involved locally in his church and community. He is a real estate specialist, and is very knowledgeable in evaluating homes, estates, land, farms and other assets.
