    Melanie is a third-generation member of the KIKO family and has been with the company since 2006. She grew up in Columbiana county and attended West Branch Schools. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance. Melanie has been licensed in real estate since 2008. She has since moved to Stark county with her husband where they're raising their family in Marlboro township.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the Stark County Association of Realtors. With her ABR -Accredited Buyer Representative- designation, Melanie has the training, skills and resources to successfully serve buyers. She is also SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certified enabling her to help sellers maneuver those complexities and help buyers pursue those opportunities.
