Meet Georgia Kiko Adams

Georgia is a fourth-generation member of the KIKO family who grew up around the auction business, helping her dad, George. A Louisville High School graduate, she earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Akron and became a licensed real estate agent in August 2025.

She enjoys being a part of the family business and focuses on helping clients buy and sell residential, commercial, and land properties throughout Stark County.

Georgia lives in Louisville with her husband and young daughter and is an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and being outdoors.
